The buttons are dark blue paper buttons (probably due to wartime rationing). It is in good condition overall with light wear and a repair by the pocket. The wrap dress doesn't overlap a lot (see photos). It may need modified so the it doesn't open in the back or perhaps add more material. As

A lot cheaper than getting wire, a relay, connectors, fuse, etc. Great durability, like the extra coating over the wires. Mounted the relays in a spot where they get totally soaked. They were sitting in water when I tested them out they works great so I’d say water resistant is an understatement. Overall great product.
