I discovered Lewis through TikTok and even showed a few of his videos to my mom. While I’m a bit younger than Lewis, my mom and I laughed at his videos because they reminded us of my emo teen self. While our journeys in life are hardly similar, and I still identify with my biological sex, I absolutely loved this book and told my therapist friend about it. Funny and so adorable! I love Lewis’s relationship with his mom! It’s so addictive I read the whole book in a single sitting! There is a few strips of nudity as well as a couple suggestive scenes (very brief), so absolutely intended for kids who have/are learning about puberty! And of course, you get what you pay for.
