Meyer, Inc. of New York, New York. The pins' reverses feature a pinback closure. Provenance In July of 2025, Gustafson's acquired the inventory of Circa1941. These were among those acquisitions. Condition Report Fair Good Excellent These rank insignia pins are in very good condition, with both pins being intact and functional.
