This is better than expected - filling - chocolate-milkish taste - lots of protein - only o few calories - good for times you want to eat less but still have energy - It is a good product to have on hand - it is filling - this is not exciting but rather useful in a busy life -when you don't want to cook, before a medical procedure or any situation where less is more.
