Round, smooth suave and fresh on the palate with a finish of the wonderful citrus notes of Vermentino. Vegan Vinification Cellar time: Hand picked grapes. Must fermented in barrels and stainless steel vats and matured on fine lees in single wine oak barrels 5 6 months with stirring of the lees.

I've had several pepper grinders over the years, and none was as easy and smooth to use as this one. It fills easily, and it grinds evenly and smoothly with a gentle press of the button. I am glad there are two, just in case one does give out, I will have the other to use, as I am not interested in grinding salt. It runs so effortlessly that you have to be a little careful when picking it up that you do not accidentally engage the button before you want the pepper to come out. Poor Grind Mechanisms

They always came out the same size, regardless of setting. About 5 weeks in, the clear plastic bottom came off of the salt grinder. I wasn't even using rock salt, just coarse salt. I could not get the piece back in. Then, the entire grind assembly came out as I was cooking. This item did not even get daily use. I purchased a different brand several years ago, I wish I had purchased that one again.
