It's truly nonstick...try eggs with cheese...you will see. Clean up is amazingly easy. They look nice and are well made. The tops have a vent hole so stuff doesn't boil over. Love that! Non-stick but work very well on browning: chicken wings, shrimps, meat, onions….. After cooking, let them cool completely, then very easy to clean with soft sponge. Just have to use silicone cookware to avoid scratching.
