Dezente therische Mentholnote. Sehr mineralisch, mit Nuancen von Jod. Wrzig, insbesondere Zigarrenkiste. Das ist schon mal ein reichhaltiges Bouquet. Am Gaumen ist der Sonnenberg dann kraftvoll, strukturiert und sehr harmonisch. Der Wein hat eine delikate Kargheit verbunden mit salziger Mineralitt. Sehr langer
